We’re here to help everyone, even those who live outside of the Treasure Valley.

Our practice is focused on Wills, Trusts, and Probate.

For clients who need assistance with a probate matter, we can typically help anyone in the entire state. Since all probate filings are now done electronically, we can file the necessary documents with the probate court in any county. So, regardless of where in the state the person who passed away lives, and regardless of where in the world the Executor lives, we can handle the legal services for you.

For clients who need assistance with Wills and Trusts, we can serve anyone who lives in the state. But it will be necessary for all of our clients to come to our offices in Eagle to actually have the final documents signed, witnessed, and notarized. But the initial discussion can occur by phone or on-line and the draft documents can be prepared and sent for review without the need for a face-to-face meeting. But, again, once the documents have been finalized, an in-person meeting at our Eagle office will be necessary to put them into effect.
