Pricing

If you choose to have Peters Patchin & Monaghan prepare your Will, Trust, or other documents, here are the fees that should apply (plus an additional 2.75% service fee for charge card payments):

Simple Will: $745 (or $945 for a married couple together)

Healthcare Directive: $300 (or $400 for a married couple together)

General Power of Attorney: $300 (or $400 for a married couple together)

Deed: $325 (for each Idaho deed, plus $20 for recording fees; additional fees apply to out of state deeds)

Simple Will Package: $1,345 (single) and $1,745 (married). The package includes:

• Last Will & Testaments
• Healthcare Directive
• General Powers of Attorney

Complete Family Trust Package: $2,395 (single) and $2,795 (married). The package includes:

• Family Trust Agreement
• Last Will & Testaments
• Healthcare Directive
• General Powers of Attorney
• Warranty Deed
• Affidavit Regarding Residence of Trust
• Certification of Trust
  • ** Additional fees of $495 ($695 for deeds in Washington state) will be charged per out-of-state property that is transferred into the trust.
  • ** If you own more than three properties in Idaho, additional fees of $150 will also be charged for each additional property.

Updating of Existing Trust:

• Update trust prepared by our firm: $295 to $425
• Review of Trust NOT prepared by our firm: $295
• Trust Amendment: $625
• Full Restatement of Trust: $1,095.

Probate Pricing: Starting at just $3,095, all inclusive.
For uncontested probates, the complete probate process can usually be completed for just $3,095.00. If both spouses of a married couple have passed away and a joint probate is needed, the total price will be $3,595.00. That includes all court costs, lawyer fees, the cost to publish the Notice to Creditors, and the cost to prepare and record any deeds needed to convey real estate to the proper heirs.
